Having it all: Stories behind the myth, Dorothee Gnaedinger

Reframed how I think about leadership.

This one stayed with me because it was more honest than I expected. It didn’t try to make leadership. It showed the pressure, the trade-offs, and the fact that even very successful women are still dealing with the same kind of uncertainty and compromise the rest of us do.

That made me think more about what it actually costs to keep everything going. I like that it pushed back on the polished version of leadership.
